Order Cancellation

In these conditions the applicable law for renouncing to the order is O.G. no. 130/2000 regarding the legal procedure of distance contracts, approved by law no. 51/2003, with subsequent amendments.

Renouncing to the order it is applicable to defined consumer, following the mentioned ordinance, as any individual person or group of individuals organized in associations, who purchase, acquire, uses or consume products and/or services, outside their professional activity.

Thus as a consumer, every client has the right to cancel the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 days after receiving the product or, if the provision of services from the contract, following the procedure Recall described in section available to customers through this site.

The product whose purchase was abandoned, must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered (in original packaging, with all accessories, with intact labels and documents that came with it), without installation marks,traces of use, damage, modifications, additions and so on.

Return costs will be paid by the customer .

The refund of the value of the product (s) / service (s) will be made within 30 days from the receipt by the seller of the returned goods.

Returned products must be accompanied by the following documents:

  • Tax bill (copy)
  • Warranty (original)
  • Return the application number

The renouncing of the order it is not accepted in the following situations or for the following products and/or services:

  • Service whose performance has begun, with the consumer's agreement, before the expiry of the 10 working days
  • Products / services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which can not be controlled by the seller
  • Products manufactured by the seller following the customer's specifications or clearly personalized products and those which by their nature can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Supplies which were unsealed, used, damaged, mounted by the customer, including those shipped with equipment
  • warranty extension
  • supplying products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items

The shop may refuse the request for waiver of purchase in the following situations:

  • committing abuses from customers (repeated waivers)
  • if the returned products have marks of wear/installation, bumps, scratches, shock, mechanical or electrical, packaging, including missing of identification tags/damaged or incomplete, or missing documents/accessories, etc.
